Lemony Cilantro Sauce

A midsummer night's dream come true!

Watson's Notes: A great addition to the dinner table in a hot summer! Enjoy with grilled chicken breast, poached white fish or steak...the possibilities are endless!


  • Cilantro, 1 bunch

  • Lemon, 1 medium sized

  • Salt, 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder, ¼ teaspoon

  • Garlic, 4 cloves, minced

  • Olive oil, 5~6 tablespoons, add more to achieve desired consistency


  • Blender, or Food Processor


  1. Juice the lemon

  2. Chop the cilantro

  3. Add all ingredients except olive oil to the blender/food processor, liquid first

  4. Pulse, drizzle olive oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, until blended smoothly.
